I am working on the Freezer Contest meal, and let me tell you it is going to be a great one! Tell all your friends to check toward the end of the week for the big reveal! There will be smaller prep recipes as the week goes on!

I know…I amaze myself too. 
So, since Stephanie had shrimp in the back of her freezer, I am advising that, those of you that can, take advantage of the shrimp on sale at Publix this week for $4.99/lb.
For a family of 4 I would get 1 to 1.5 lbs!
The rest of you…have time to look for a deal!
