Cookin Up Early Detection Rebate

This is a great offer!

I did the rebate this spring for the Free Dustbuster and just got it about a month ago!  It was well worth it!

This time you will receive a FREE pink kitchenware set from Good Cook’s Hope line which includes a

  • 10? covered deep saute pan
  • set of four plastic measuring cups
  • ribbon timer
  • high temperature chef spatula

by mail when you purchase $25 or more of participating Procter and Gamble products in one transaction from a participating retailer. Sales tax is not included towards $25 purchase.  Official offer form and original cash register receipt must be obtained from the same participating store. Qualifying purchases must be made between 9/11/09 and 11/20/09 and must be on one (1) original cash register receipt. Your completed request must be postmarked by 11/25/09 and received by 12/15/09.

Limit one (1) FREE pink kitchenware set from Good Cook’s Hope line by mail per household.

All you have to do is send the following:

  • Name
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Name of retailer where you purchased your products
  • List the last 5 digits of the UPC of all products your purchased
  • A copy of your receipt.  Original not needed she stated that a copy was fine–but make sure all products are on one receipt!

Send all requirements to this address:

P&G Cancer Awareness Promotion
P.O. Box 49221
Strongsville, OH 44149

Let me clarify a couple things!

The $25 is before coupons!  You need to have $25 worth of PG products before coupons and taxes.

The less you spend, the bigger winner you are as far as I am concerned.

UPDATE

It seems like they are only accepting certain retailers! Call 1-877-733-5849 to find the retailers in your area that are participating.

It has been reported that CVS, Walgreens, and K-Mart are NOT participating!

A big thanks to I Heart Publix for posting this one!

Do you have to spend $25 after or before coupons? Also, where can you find these forms? I did the CVS deal this past weekend and would love to get the pink items.
