This is only open to fellow FLORIDIANS! If you go HERE you can download a form for a rebate on one bag of potatoes when you buy three 5-lb bags. Publix currently has their white potatoes as an essential item priced at $1.99.
Your purchases must be made between October 1 and November 16. Since the Essentials just started you should have a few weeks that the price will be $1.99. Make sure to read all the details on the rebate form.
