My parents cannot have too much pork due to medical issues, therefore, I substituted the pork chops with chicken. Amanda, Amanda, Amanda....it was awesome! My mom stated that I could cook that for a nice candlelight meal or a church event. I served it with rice and steamed cabbage. Thanks so much for the inspiration. It was great to get back in the kitchen and cook something NEW! There was NO food left for leftovers!
