Amazon Prime: New 3 Month FREE Membership

by Amanda @ A Few Short Cuts on December 30, 2009

Amazon is offering another FREE 3 Month Trial of Amazon Prime! This offer may work for many of you that have already used a free trial in the past.

I used the last one and it was amazing over the Christmas rush!  I loved it!

The current 3 Month trial offer is available when you place select books in your cart, although you do not have to purchase them.

  • Get started by placing this book in your cart.
  • Click the Add to Cart with FREE Two-Day shipping button on the right side of the page
  • Click Proceed to checkout button
  • Log in with your account
  • Review the trial offer details, then click “start my free trial”
  • Leave the order page without placing an order and keep your free trial without making a purchase.

To prevent Amazon Prime from renewing after 3 months, do this:

  • On amazon.com click Your Account and log in
  • Click “Manage Prime Membership” link under the Settings header.
  • Click “Do not Upgrade” button then click “turn off auto-upgrade” button on the popup window.
  • While in the Manage area you can also share your membership with family and friends!

If you are able to confirm that this process works, make sure to leave a comment. I was not able to do this offer since I am a Prime member currently.

Thanks, SD!

Oh darn, it didn’t work for me :( My last free trial just ended a couple of days ago. I’ll keep trying it though!

But wait! I got it! It took a little tweaking…but I figured it out. Thanks so much!! This goes perfect with Swagbucks :)

I got the Prime 3 month free trial but I couldn’t find the $11.00 Rubbermaid set. When I clicked on the link, it was $15.94 PLUS shipping = $24
