I posted yesterday about being the community winner in POM Wonderfuls Recipe contest. Well, hold on to your hats! I did it again! YES, twice in one week!
I just opened an email from Challenge Butter. They informed me that I won $100 for my Holiday Appetizer Recipe (Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms)! I am so excited! I am usually not the person who wins, but I am changing my way of thinking.
This is going to be a great year, not just for me, and A Few Short Cuts, but for everyone! I can feel it. Things are looking up!
Anybody know of a recipe contest I could enter? I am feeling lucky!
