With playoffs upon us and Super Bowl on the way, football is a huge deal in my house right now. We love to make a big deal out of it with the kids and have a little party at home. Whether you party at home with your family, or others, here is a great recipe for you to add to your Game Day Menu. I will soon have an entire post full of Game Day foods, ideas, tips, and tricks to make your party super on very little $$!
My husband is a huge fan of Buffalo wings. We called down the road a couple weeks ago to order some from Beef O’ Brady’s . OMG! They wanted some ridiculous price for bone in wings. There isn’t even that much meat on them. Don’t forget they are fried and not very figure friendly. The kids love Boneless BBQ wings (I do too!). We can’t order those anymore because a lot of them are breaded then fried, and my son can’t have wheat. Out of necessity and Frugality, I am learning to make a ton of food at home instead of spending 2 or 3 times as much ordering out.
Next time you get hungry for chicken wings, try these yummy boneless wings!
Boneless Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Tenders
- 1 bottle of BBQ Sauce or Buffalo sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place Chicken Tenders in a large bowl and cover with ½ bottle of preferred sauce, or enough to coat!
Lay out Chicken tenders on a broiler pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Pull pan out and brush on another coat of sauce. Put back in oven. And bake another 5 minutes.
When the 5 minutes is up brush them again, and bake for the last 5 minutes.
Serve with BBQ or Ranch (depending on the style of wings) , and celery of course!
Enjoy your figure friendly Chicken Wings!

These sound wonderful! My gang likes wings and as you said you don’t get much on the wings so I hate to purchase them because there is so much waste. Your recipe is the perfect replacement! We will be having these for Super Bowl and many times after I am sure! Thanks for sharing.
These sound delicious…and so easy to make!
