Yoplait Greek Yogurt Review and Giveaway

Until recently I had never heard of Greek Yogurt.  Isn’t that always the way things work.  You hear something mentioned one time and then all of the sudden you notice it everywhere.

Anyway,  back to the topic at hand.  I was sent an email from MyBlogSpark and Yoplait offering to send me a coupon to try their new Greek Yogurt and a “Nourish Your Inner Goddess” gift pack.  They had me at free coupon.  Now, a goddess gift pack!  You are just pampering me! Now, who wants to baby sit while I pamper myself?! I can’t remember the last time I even got a shower without someone yelling through the door.  Don’t laugh!  You know it’s true!

I was lucky enough not to have to wait for the yogurt coupon to come in the mail because of the wonderful deal with the Free Publix coupon. For my Publix shoppers there is still a PDF coupon for a free cup of Yoplait Greek Yogurt!  I bought Blueberry and it was delicious.  If you have a hard time finding it, my Publix had it by the soy milk and organic milk.

The Blueberry was so decadent and creamy.  Filling too! I love the fact that it has twice the protein as regular yogurt.  The Blueberry has 12g of protein!  There are other flavors too; Strawberry, Honey Vanilla, and Plain.  I can’t wait to try them all!  These are delicious for a quick breakfast, snack, or for in a yummy recipe!
