A Few Short Cuts is almost 1!

It is crazy to think that I have been the brains behind A Few Short Cuts for almost a year!  I started this whirlwind July 2nd with some Mango Sorbet and haven’t stopped since.

A Few Short Cuts has done more for me in the last year than I could have ever imagined!  I have partnered up with some amazing companies.  I have been privledged enough to review and giveaway some great products.  I even went to Disney World!

The best part of it all is the connections that I have made with all of you!  I have met some truly wonderful people who have blessed my life with happiness, and for that I am grateful!

Starting Thursday, July 1st, we will begin a week long Birthday Celebration for A Few Short Cuts!  I have a giveaway for everyday that week!  They aren’t little either!  I have some great goodies! You will want to enter to win them all!  Trust me!

I can’t wait to see where we are next year at this time, because A Few Short Cuts is just getting the ball rolling.  I have some exciting news!

~Drum Roll Please~

I have been invited to go to General Mills in Minneapolis Minnesota for the first annual Baking with Betty!  A very limited amount of bloggers were invited!  I was so excited when I found out!  I don’t think I have stopped smiling since! So, at the end of August I will go where I have never been before, Minnesota!   Can you believe it?? Betty Crocker wants to meet little ole’ me!

I have more great news.  I have a professional web designer working on giving us an updated look. Simply Delightful Designs will be giving us a face-lift, hopefully before I head to General Mills! Plus, I have been thinking about putting together an A Few Short Cuts Cookbook.  I am waiting to see where this one goes, but if you are interested I would love to hear from you.  It is a big undertaking, and I haven’t decided if I am ready for that yet.
