Yumm-o!!!!! How delicious and feed my whole family….6 boys and men from age 7-32. They loved it, my fiance who hates tomatoes even ate it. Thanks so much for a great recipe.

Im making this right now, its in the oven and it smells so good. I just put the extra rice around the side of the chicken to cook with the cheese some more. I cant wait to chow down. For me this costs a little more because im a family of eight but I bought the chicken breast at WinnDixie B1G1 for (like you suggested) 9.00 and the rest came from my stockpile. Thanks so much for the great ideas. Very Weight Watcher friendly too. Only like 10 points for a full breast, 5 for a half.
