Ok Ok, so I am a little obsessed over my new Betty Crocker recipes. Well, wouldn’t you be if you just got back from the Betty Crocker Kitchens???Â
I had such a great time I want to help you have the same great food I ate.
The funny thing is, I have flipped through the little cookbooks at the store and thought that some of the food looked good, but never tried it. Well, let me tell you. I have a new appreciation for those recipes, and I will be trying and tweaking more of them.
I turned this Coffee Cake dairy free super fast. I just used Dairy Free margarine and Almond milk in place of the butter, and milk.  I do this with a lot of recipes, and haven’t had to many problems yet. Plus, you can’t tell the difference!
So, to demonstrate how easy it is to make this coffee cake, I made you a video!
Then, my computer didn’t like that idea. It is not letting me upload my video. So, instead you get a picture of my coffee cake, and my word that is took less than 5 minutes to toss together and throw in the oven. I wish my video would work. I need one of those FLIPs that was on sale today.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 1 (15x10x1-inch) pan or 2 (9-inch) square pans with shortening or cooking spray. In large bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients except pie filling; beat vigorously with spoon 30 seconds.
- Spread two-thirds of the batter (about 2 1/2 cups) in 15×10-inch pan or one-third of the batter (about 1 1/4 cups) in each square pan. Spread pie filling over batter (filling may not cover batter completely). Drop remaining batter by tablespoonfuls onto pie filling.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir glaze ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake. Serve warm or cool.
And here is my Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake! Let me tell you, this is so good, you would be proud to take it and serve it anywhere!

That coffe cake looks really good! Yum!
Do you think you could substitute blueberry pie filling without a problem? My family are not big fans of cherry.
Absolutely, You could use any flavor pie filling you want!
Using the Bisquick mix would sure help it mix up quickly! Looks yummy!
This is great…. I think I have everything in the cabinet too! And Flip Videos are great… I loved ours so much that I got several for Christmas presents to give to my sisters.
