I am so thrilled about this giveaway! I have been telling you all about Gluten Free Bisquick since it was first released. Since my son is allergic to wheat it has been a God send in my house. I honestly don’t know how Betty Crocker makes this stuff taste so much like the original!
So far I have made Gluten Free Corndogs, Gluten Free Oven Pancake, Regular Pancakes, and yesterday Biscuits. I am trying to decide what I should make next.

My best friend’s husband just found out that he has to eat gluten free foods only. He has been sick for so long, not to mention he keeps missing work because he gets sick. They just had a baby this summer, and I would love to win this and give it to them!

I think I would try to make the cheddar cheese garlic biscuits (found on the reg Bisquick mix), because they are my families favorite! We have friends that have 4 in their family that have to have gluten free, so I would make a batch for them too!
