Tide You Over Tuesday: Many Muffins

I am super busy buzzing about getting ready for my trip. I am blogging from my Mother in Laws house, and I fly out tomorrow for General Mills. I would like to think that I am a prepared person, but I know better. Life has thrown many curve balls my way this last month and I am just glad to still be going forward.

Instead of a new recipe, I thought I would feature some of my favorites; my muffin recipes! I don’t do breakfast that often, but you can bribe me to eat if there is a fresh batch of muffins on the table. I think I love them so much because you can make them the night before and they are a handheld, breakfast on the go.
