Both are reputable and great places to purchase coupons from.
I personally think it is worth it to buy coupons for great deals. I try not to spend too much on coupons. That is why I purchase from eBay if I can. I bought 20 Peter Pan Peanut Butter coupons the other week for $2 shipped. To me that was affordable.
Try to purchase you coupons a few days before the sale starts. That way you have your coupons in time to use for the deals.

I get my coupons from clipped and clumped coupons, the inserts are huge and i have always been really happy with them. the shipping is really fast. here is her email if you want it. they always have the hot coupons in stock
