I have really been thinking about this weeks meal deal. I was going to try to come up with a creative new meal, but it is Super Bowl week. There will be get together and parties with football the main topic. I am not going to sit and eat a meal on Sunday, but I will be enjoying plenty of delicious appetizers and snacks.
The grocery stores are full of deals on all that party food; chips, drinks, cheese, meats, etc. It would be very affordable to make any of these great dishes for your party. Then your guests will be able to enjoy a variety of food!
I thought I would bring you some of the best of the best for your super bowl get togethers.
Gluten Free Corn Dogs-
These are great if you have kids, yourself, or friends with a gluten intolerance. You can even make them with regular bisquick if you are not Gluten free. Either way, this is a great corn dog recipe. Make extras because everyone will want more! You can even make these ahead and freeze for the big day.
Cheesy Chicken Empanadas-
These are delicious, cheesy, yummy, gooey, and filling! Not only are these easy to make, but you can also make these ahead for Sunday. Just pop them in the freezer, and reheat when ready. YUM!

Creamy Spinach Pinwheels-
This appetizer takes some everyday ingredients like crescent rolls, and turns them into wonderful little bite sized hors d’œuvres that could impress any crowd! These only take minutes to throw together and everyone will ask for the recipe.

Loaded Tater Skins-
Another make ahead appetizer that could really be a meal. Once you have one of these Tater skins you will want more. Make these ahead and freeze them till your company arrives. Pop them in the oven and in about 20 minutes everyone will be happy. Looking for a lower cal version? Check out these Sweet Potoato Skins.

Gluten Free Sausage Cheese Balls-
This is one of the most requested recipes from Betty Crocker. I am a newbie to Sausage Cheese Balls, but these Gluten Free ones are very tasty! These are great for anyone. Again you can substitute regular bisquick instead of gluten free depending on your needs.
Homemade Queso dip-
Last but not least is my homemade queso dip recipe. The smell of this in the crockpot makes my mouth water! IT IS JUST YUMMY! Plus, all the ingredients are on sale this week. You can’t go wrong!
