“Snack”urday: ShortCut Chocolate Mousse

007

Chocolate Mousse is one of those decadent desserts that can take time to pull together.  It is like the grown up version of chocolate pudding.  A little richer, a little fluffier….takes a lot more effort.  I could share with you my time consuming recipe for chocolate mousse, but that isn’t what we are about here, now is it?!

Shortcut is in the name, and that is what you are getting today.  I don’t want to spend 45 minutes in the kitchen and then hours waiting for it to cool.  I need my chocolate fix now!  So, here is my ShortCut Chocolate Mousse Recipe!  Hope you love it!

Tips

  • Make sure cool whip is thawed.
  • I topped mine with the new Chocolate Food Should Taste Good Chips..YUM!
  • This is Gluten Free
  • Want something else Chocolaty?  Check these out!

  3. Sounds awesome, and I bet you could do it with sugar free/ lower fat items. But, seriously – why would you? ;)

We do something similar, but we make a laer of chocolate pudding and then vanilla ice cream and then keep going back and forth clear up to the top then we freeze it during supper and eat after supper- it is the best!!! We love it frozen like that!
