Tide You Over Tuesday: Easter Brunch Strata

Easter is this weekend. It is a time for family, faith and food.  I am looking forward to our traditional Easter Ham and goodies.  I have my fingers crossed that the weather holds out for the kids Easter Egg Hunt.  It is so much fun to watch them, run around the yard finding the eggs.

By the time we get up and go through our Easter baskets, it is usually later in the morning.  Here is a great Easter Brunch Strata Recipe to serve in the morning, or to take to Church with you.  It makes a ton, and you can half the recipe if necessary.

TIPS

  • Gluten Free- Use Gluten Free Bread
  • Replace the Ham with Sausage
  • Make the full recipe and place one in the freezer for another morning.

Yum! If I cut the recipe in half, do you think I could bake it in a 9×13 as I don’t have a 7×11? Thanks.

Jill,

You can always adjust a recipe. I use those toss away aluminum pans…it makes for easy clean up and freezing. But yes, You can bake it in a 9×13 It will just be a little thinner that is all. :)
