Many of you know that we just moved to Cedar Rapids in March from Florida. I am getting adjusted to the area and finding things thanks to my local Macaroni Kid Cedar Rapids. Macaroni Kid is awesome and chances are there is one in your area. You should totally check them out.
So I have been hearing buzz about this Weetail Consignment sale. It is apparently the biggest most awesome children’s consignment sale known to man. Since my kids have zero cold weather clothes, and I have priced New snow suits. I am all over this consignment sale.
Twice a year you can shop for Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter gently used children’s clothing. WeeTail Consignment not only saves you money in the power of buying used, but it puts extra cash in your pocket from the sale of those outgrown clothes as well! I LOVE IT!
The sale starts Wednesday for those that consigned items (what a cool idea). Then it is open to the public on
- Thursday 9/29: at 9 AM –7 PM
- Friday 9/30: 9 AM-6 PM
- Saturday 10/1: 8 AM- 2 PM
You will find me there right after I drop the kids off Thursday morning. I am so excited.
As an added bonus, Weetail Consignment Sale also gives back to the community! They will be collecting spare change at the registers for charities. Weetail will match up to $500.00!
Plus they will also be collecting non perishable items for Churches of Marion Food Pantry. Donation of a non perishable item will get you an entry into a drawing for $25.00 gas/grocery card! So check your stockpiles and check the shopping lists for Fareway, Hyvee, Target, CVS, and Walgreens. There are many items for free or under a $1 that you can donate!
So come out to the Weetail sale, save some money, donate some non perishable items, and look for me searching through the racks! See you there!
