Recipe: Gingerbread Hot Chocolate & Chance to Win $200

I love the holidays, and I love sharing treats with my family! The kids and I get in the kitchen and whip up all kinds of treats.

I thought I would spice it up a bit with this Gingerbread Hot Chocolate. I just made a cup of hot chocolate like I normally would. You can even use the pouches. I mixed in 1 tbsp of International Delights Gingerbread Latte Creamer for each 8 oz of hot chocolate. It gives it that wonderful holiday spice.

You can garnish with gingerbread cookies, or even some whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon.

For a mom version, I get a pouch of hot cocoa mix, and make it by the package directions except instead of water or milk, I use coffee. I add the International Delights Gingerbread Latte Creamer and it is to die for!
