I have been wanting one of these for awhile now. How nice to be able to dry your own fresh herbs, make your own fruit rolls, etc.!

    Cook’s Illustrated Magazine had a tip about drying herbs in the microwave. I tried it and it works well. Take a sprig of herbs and put it in the microwave for 1-3 minutes. You will have to play with the time, but it works like a charm.
