I signed up for this service at Christmas time.  I have had a few months to test drive it and I love it.  Keep in mind, I am an online shopper, so it is nice to be notified when a box will arrive.  I get an email from UPS letting me know what day and time a delivery is estimated.  It really helps me plan, because I hate to leave packages by the door.
