So as you guys know, I love to garden! I got this great new Nature’s Care Organic Soil, Fertilizer and pesticide that I couldn’t wait to try! We love to grow our own fruits & veggies when possible. Not only does it save us money on our grocery bill but it is very therapeutic. I am trying to avoid any and all chemicals that we can so the fact that Nature’s Care is 100% Organic is amazing!
Call me a bit of a science nut but I started my zucchini in the ground, and some in this Nature’s Care Organic Soil in a pot. I wanted to see how big of a difference it would make if any. You can get some great gardening tips at Miracle-Gro Learn And Grow!
I am pretty sure I could not have prepared myself for the results in a million years. Here is my cute little zucchini plant that is in the garden. It is already starting to get some flowers. Cute isn’t it!?
Here is my massive beast of a zucchini plant that I planted in Nature’s Care Organic Soil. IT IS HUGE! There are a ton of flowers and even 3 baby zucchini that are starting to grow. I would have NEVER guessed that these 2 plants were planted at the same time.
I will be heading to my local hardware store to get some more Nature’s Care for the rest of my sprouts that are ready to be transplanted. I can’t wait to see the effects it has on my tomatoes! I like to transplant them into a 3 gallon pot once they are a few inches tall. This gives them plenty of room for their roots, and I can move the pots around to get sun or shade as needed.
The kids are already excited about making some more Baked BBQ Zucchini Chips when they are ready! I am going to have to get some more zucchini recipes handy. What is your favorite zucchini recipe?!
