Every Saturday morning we get up and start our day. On weekends I am in the kitchen (typically making a mess), making something for dinner, a freezer meal, muffins, cookies, etc. The kids stumble in one at a time and ask me to show them what I am doing, they ask to crack an egg, or ask if they can pull up a chair and watch the muffins rise in the oven. The thing is they are learning. Their little brains are like sponges absorbing the memories, the smells, the recipes. These are the times that, as simple as they are, they will remember for the rest of their lives and recall when they have families of their own. This is #ouramericankitchen.
Baking up holiday memories with your kids is so important during this magical time of year. My kids love to help me bake treats for family, neighbors, and themselves. You can’t go wrong when you throw in some sprinkles, chocolate, and love.
Sure we make messes, find Barbie in the powdered sugar, and end up covered in frosting, but it is good ole’ family fun at it’s finest. It really doesn’t take much to make memories that last a lifetime. Our GE appliances really make cooking up fun easy.
I have been shopping around for my dream set of GE Appliances. GE has this GE Café Series that appeals to “Cooking Aspirers”.
They appreciate the more robust industrial design style and innovative features because they enable them to experiment in the kitchen. Aspirers show love to family and friends with food. They are passionate about hosting, cooking and tasting. Get more enjoyment out of the overall experience because it’s an expression of who they are and what they stand for as a person.
It’s like they know me. 😉 This entire line of appliances is gorgeous. You have to check out the GE Cafe Series
