This is Pudge. He is my baby. Our 2 year old Basset Hound that somehow always seems to get into a little trouble. I had just caught him digging a hole in the yard in this picture, that is why he is dirty.
So what does Pudge like?
He likes long walks on the beach (as long as he can howl).
Walks at the park (as long as he can howl).
Chasing squirrels (again with the howling).
OH and napping (PS: He sometimes howls in his sleep).
His favorite thing is FOOD!
Pudge starts his day with a good run. AKA: The Basset 500. This is usually followed by coming in for a bite to eat.
After he eats, he is tired again. It is rough being this cute. He needs a nap.
After his nap, he is ready to run again. By run, I mean with something he shouldn’t have, and with someone chasing him. Hey…it’s how he rolls. Then there is a lot of howling at the mail man, neighbors, squirrels, UPS, you get the drift.
Then Pudge finds a buddy to nap with. This happens to be one of his favorite nap buddies. 😉
After nap time, they explore the yard a little more.
About then it is time for Dinner. I recently heard about Iams Visible Differences. So we decided to switch Pudge to Iams Proactive Health Dog food. He has been a little more tired lately and we wanted to see if it made a difference.
Not only does he love it, but he has really had a spring in his step lately. I have also noticed he is napping less and running that Basset 500 a little more. Audrey, his favorite nap buddy, was brushing Pudge yesterday and could’t get over how soft and shiny he was. I can’t believe the differences we have seen in such a short time since with switched to Iams.
In true Pudge fashion, when the day is done, he needs to be snuggled and carried to bed. That is a Day In the Life of Pudge.
Stay tuned and follow along as I share more Pudge adventures over the next couple weeks. I will be sharing how Iams quality dog food is making him feel, how he enjoys eating it, and more.
