Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal Squares Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups Instant or Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour or gluten free flour mix
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1/2 cup raisins


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients until combined.
  • Stir in egg, oil, milk, and raisins with a spatula until combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.Gluten Free
