  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 10 oz Salsa
  • 14 oz canned corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup green onion diced
  • 1 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend shredded


  • Cook pasta according to package directions
  • Stir in salsa, drained corn, onion and cheese.
  • Serve!
