Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 cup fruit juice or milk

Instructions

  • In a blender puree the banana, fruit, and juice until smooth.
  • Pour smoothies into containers and freeze until ready to pack.
  • When packing lunch include a frozen smoothie. It will act as an ice pack and thaw in time to enjoy by lunch. Enjoy.
