Servings: 3 8 oz smoothies
- 1 large banana
- 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 cup fruit juice or milk
In a blender puree the banana, fruit, and juice until smooth.
Pour smoothies into containers and freeze until ready to pack.
When packing lunch include a frozen smoothie. It will act as an ice pack and thaw in time to enjoy by lunch. Enjoy.
