Flour or Corn Tortillas
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Heat Oil to 350 degrees in a large dutch oven, or fryer.
Peel and slice bananas long ways and then again across.
Wrap bananas in tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
Drop in hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning if necessary.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with Cinnamon Sugar.
Serve with Caramel Sauce and toasted coconut.
GLUTEN FREE- Use corn tortillas Dairy Free - Omit the caramel sauce and just dust with powdered sugar
