Only 3 ingredients, these simple Creamy Strawberry Popsicles are a perfect summer time treat! Naturally healthy and vegan with low and no sugar added options!
In a blender place strawberries, coconut milk, and honey. Puree on high until no chunks remain and the mixture is creamy. Taste for sweetness. If more sweetener is desired add.
Pour strawberry mix into your popsicle mold. Cover and insert sticks.
Freezer for a miniumum of 4 hours or until popsicles have hardened.

No Sugar/ Low Sugar
You can replace the honey with any type of sweetener including an artificial sweetener. Adjust the amount depending on your taste and the sweetness of the fruit.You can also substitute 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple for 1 cup of strawberries. This will add natural sweetness and no added sugar will be necessary.
