Potatoes

or vegetable oil

kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and cover baking pan with foil.
Using a paring knife carve a face into each potoato; eyes, nose, mouth.
Toss potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them on baking sheet face side up.
Roast potaotes for 40 - 45 minutes or until tender.
Serve with sauce of choice and enjoy!
