What a fun way to celebrate the Fourth or any special occasion; Especially for little kids! These DIY Confetti Poppers are easy to make too!

Ingredients
4
pieces
Scrapbook paper
cut to approximately 4x6 to cover the cardboard tubes
2
cups
Foil confetti
or use a hole punch to create confetti from construction paper

Cardboard tubes
like clean toilet paper tubes or paper towel tubes cut in half
1
pair
Scissors
4
Balloons
Washi tape
or decorative duct tape
Clear tape
Instructions
Cut scrapbook paper to fit around the cardboard tube.
Wrap a piece of scrapbook paper around each tube, lining the top of the printed wrap to the top of the cardboard tube, and attach with clear tape.
Cut the top off each balloon.
Tie a knot on the blowing end of the balloons.
Stretch the cut end of each balloon over one end of each cardboard tube.
Fill each confetti cannon with confetti.
To use, hold the confetti cannon firmly in one hand. With the other hand, pull the balloon tight and release.
