Choose a flower for your fairies skirt. Pull the flower off of the plastic stem. Remove any additional plastic so it is just the fabric petals.
Using your scissors cut from the center of the flower petals out. This opens up the flower to allow you to glue it on your clothespin like a skirt.
Using your hot glue gun, glue the flower around your clothes pin to form the skirt. You may have to adjust a little as you go.
The next step is to create the fairies top. I chose to use ribbon, but you could pick a decorative washi tape. There are so many fun colors and patterns to choose from in both. Obviously if you are using ribbon you need to hot glue it on. Wrap it around the clothespin directly above the flower skirt.
Your fairy is taking shape. Time to add some wings. You can use flower petals or leaves. I chose leaves. Just hot glue them onto the back of your fairy.
Finally, you can hot glue some small flower petals onto the fairies head for a cute little hat or hair. Then take your fine tip marker and draw on two eyes or any face details you want
Enjoy your fairy. You can use different colors and styles of flowers to really make this custom and fun.
