butter
or margarine softened
1
cup
sugar

egg
1
tablespoon
vanilla extract
1 1/3
cups
Gluten Free Bisquick
or All Purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Combine bisquick, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix the dry ingredients thoroughly into butter mixture.
Drop cookies about 2 inches apart, 1 teaspoon at a time, onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake at 350 F until edges of cookies are golden brown about 10 minutes.
Cool cookies on baking sheet and then transfer on wire racks.
Store in airtight container
