Homemade Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Shake the 2 cans of coconut milk. Open and mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the coconut milk mix into your ice cream maker and use it per ice cream makers instructions.
- Serve and store extra ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
