Assemble your sandwich by spreading the cream cheese on the texas toast, top with a slice of Monterrey jack cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and a few slices of jalapeno. Top with the other piece of texas toast.

Cook in a skillet or in a sandwich press until both sides are toasted and the cheese inside begins to melt.
