Instructions
In a food processor place the peeled avocado, lime juice, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 onion, and cilantro. Pulse until it is your desired consistency. I like to pulse mine less for a chunkier guacamole. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Serve with tortilla chips or as desired.
