Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
Stir in oats, and craisins; mix well.
Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rackGluten Free
These bad boys only have 1 1/2 cups of flour. It could easily be substituted for GF All Purpose Baking mix. Make sure you are using GF Oats too! Also check your vanilla to make sure it is GF.
