Zucchini Pizza Boats

Ingredients

  • 3 Zucchini
  • 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza Topping of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Slice each zucchini in half long ways.
  • Top with 1 tbsp sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and pizza toppings.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Serve warm!
