While everyone is enjoying their Christmas movie marathon I snuck off to the kitchen to make a special treat! In a glass place on large scoop of vanilla ice cream. Then top it with some pomegranate arils (fancy word for the seeds). I actually crush a couple just a bit so that the juice colors the drink pink and adds a little flavor.
Now top it with some 7UP® and a cute paper straw.

Cheer Up Float Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 cup 7UP® Soda
Instructions
- In a tall glass place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Top with pomegranate arils. Crush a few before you put them in the glass so some of the juice comes out. Top with the 7UP® soda and a straw.
- Enjoy
