During the summer my hubby runs the grill at least 3-4 times a week. Who am I kidding. He really likes to grill year round as much as I let him….and I let him. Dinner is so much easier when I am only fussing with the sides.
We were blessed when we received samples of Aussie Grassfed Beef. I would much rather only feed my family grassfed beef. If you haven’t researched the difference in regular & grassfed you should. I really had no expectations because I had never had Aussie Grassfed Beef before, but I was excited to give it a try!
When we pulled out the Aussie Grassfed Beef Skirt Steak you could see the quality. Isn’t that beautiful?
In a small bowl combine the seasonings, olive oil, and lime juice. Rub in all over the skirt steak and let it sit for about 10 minutes. A great time to let the grill get to temperature.
After the 10 minutes, place the skirt steak on the hot grill. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side depending on the thickness. Cook to desired wellness.
Serve this chili lime rubbed skirt steak in fajitas, on a salad, in a wrap, or just by itself. YUM!

So….How was the Aussie Grassfed Beef compared to store bought beef. Words can not describe the difference. We are basically ruined for life. The Aussie Grassfed Beef is the most tender, moist, flavorful beef I have ever put in my mouth. I am fairly certain you could cook it with only salt & pepper and it would be equally delicious.
