DIY Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ornaments
Supplies needed:
- Green ornaments (4)
- Crafting foam in red, blue, purple, and orange
- Googly eyes
- Scissors
- Glue gun & hot glue
As mentioned, we were able to find all of our materials at our local craft store. If you don’t want to use crafting foam, construction paper or felt will work too!
Directions:
- Begin by cutting the face bandana out of each color of foam. We freehanded ours and it was really simple. Just cut out a strip with a groove near the center of it. Presto!
- Glue the bandana to each ornament. Apply a little hot glue to each end and just press it to the ornament.
- Add your googly eyes. Do this by applying a dab of glue to each eye and pressing it to the bandana.
That’s it! Three easy steps (repeated four times to create each turtle) is all you need to do to have a set of these fun and whimsical ornaments! For just a few dollars, your tree can be all decked out in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle goodness. So gather the kids, gather your supplies, and give this fun DIY project a try.
What a cute idea!
