Fruit Infused Water
Summer is here and it is getting HOT outside. When the temperature rises you need to drink plenty of water, but it doesn’t taste “exciting”. Liven up your water for yourself, and your kids by infused it with fruit! Not only does the water take on the great flavors, but you aren’t pumping yourself with dyes or sugars! WIN- WIN!
The kids love Fruit Infused Water just as much as I do. The girls love snacking on the fruit when they are done with the water. Makes it so much more interesting! My favorite combo is strawberry and lemon.
