No Sew Burlap Utensil Holders

I am trying to get in a Fall mood around the house. I thought I could come up with some adorable fall decor that wouldn’t break the bank. These No Sew Burlap Utensil Holders are so cute, affordable, and simple to make!

You will need..

  • Burlap
  • Hot glue gun
  • scissors
  • acrylic paint
  • sponge brush

I cut out a strip of burlap about 5- 6 inches wide and 15 inches long. I folded it in half and hot glued the left and right sides together. Leaving the top open. The bottom is created by the fold.

Now take your sponges brush and your acrylic paints. Paint stripes, polka dots, really whatever works for you. I did vertical stripes in orange, yellow, and white. Let the paint dry. It doesn’t take long at all

I love the look it created. Now just use your Utensil Holder for place settings at your fall table. Fill each with a fork, spoon, and knife. These make setting the table practical for Thanksgiving or any fall dinner.
