Sometimes you have only minutes or you just don’t want to spend the entire holiday in the kitchen. Pull out that box of Ritz Crackers, some herb cream-cheese spread, cherry tomatoes, and a sprig of rosemary to throw together this simple yet sophisticated appetizer.
Just top the crackers with some cream-cheese spread, half a tomato and a little piece of rosemary. These look so festive and intricate, but it took less than five minutes to make an entire tray!

Ingredients
- Ritz Crackers
- 8 oz tub Herb Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- Sprig of fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Spread some of the cream cheese on top of each Ritz Cracker.
- Top with half a cherry tomato and a small piece of the fresh rosemary.
- Place on a try and serve immediately.
Your guests will flip at how delicious they are. Be sure you have an extra box of Ritz Crackers on hand to make more when these are gone.
