It’s getting hot outside which means summer is coming. My kids hop out of bed in the morning and can’t wait to get outside to play. Some mornings I am begging them to eat breakfast before they are on the go for the day. That is where these Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles come in handy. The kids can get a fun, tasty breakfast as they are running out the door.
We were at the store this week and found the Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins! We gathered our Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, some strawberry yogurt, and diced fresh strawberries to create these delicious popsicles.
I then had my helper fill the popsicle mold in layers. We did yogurt, diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, yogurt, diced strawberries, yogurt, and then more diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins.
We then put the lid on our popsicle mold and inserted the sticks. These went in the freezer overnight, so they are ready for breakfast the next morning.
Don’t these look AMAZING? The chunks of diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, and strawberries give the perfect texture to these exciting breakfast popsicles!
