It’s getting hot outside which means summer is coming. My kids hop out of bed in the morning and can’t wait to get outside to play. Some mornings I am begging them to eat breakfast before they are on the go for the day. That is where these Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles come in handy. The kids can get a fun, tasty breakfast as they are running out the door.
We were at the store this week and found the Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins! They used to only be available as a seasonal favorite, but Entenmann’s® Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins are back by popular demand and now available nationwide and year-round! I love all of the varieties that Little Bites come in but these Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins are my favorite! They are made with real strawberries and come in perfectly portioned pouches ideal for breakfast or snacking on-the-go.
With less than 200 calories per pouch, Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins are a good source of calcium and vitamin D, and never contain high fructose corn syrup or trans-fat. We gathered our Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, some strawberry yogurt, and diced fresh strawberries to create these delicious popsicles.
I then had my helper fill the popsicle mold in layers. We did yogurt, diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, yogurt, diced strawberries, yogurt, and then more diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins.
We then put the lid on our popsicle mold and inserted the sticks. These went in the freezer overnight, so they are ready for breakfast the next morning.
Don’t these look AMAZING? The chunks of diced Little Bites® Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, and strawberries give the perfect texture to these exciting breakfast popsicles!
