Heat vegetable oil in fryer or large pan to 350 degrees f.
Dice up a small apple
Pop open a can of refrigerator biscuits. (I chose the small ones, if you use the bigger ones, cut them in 2.)
Wrap a couple of the small pieces of apple in the biscuit dough.
Drop them into a fryer or a pot with vegetable oil heated to 350 degrees f. Allow the doughnuts to fry 3-4 minutes flipping once. They will be golden brown.
When you remove them from the hot oil roll them in cinnamon sugar. Then you can top them by drizzling Caramel Topping over the doughnuts.
