Ingredients

gluten-free flour mix

cup
cocoa

sugar

teaspoon
salt

baking soda

cooking oil or coconut oil

tablespoon
vinegar

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

egg

cup
water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F line a muffin pan with paper liners
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add all liquid ingredients and mix well.
Fill cupcake pan cups 3/4 of the way full and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before frosting
