Top with lime juice and stir. Let the salsa sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to come together—best after at least 30 minutes.
Store any uneaten salsa in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
This salsa can be canned. Use sterilized canning jars and leave 1/2 inch headspace. Process using a water bath canner for 15 minutes. Store in a cool dry place.
