Peach Salsa with lime on top

Enjoy with chips or your favorite meal. This Peach Salsa is amazing on chicken or pork. You can also replace the peach with mango to create a delicious Mango Salsa that is incredible on fish!

Storage

Store any uneaten salsa in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Canning

You can total can this Peach Salsa too! I prefer it fresh because canning it will change the texture a little. However, the flavors will be just as bright and incredible.

Make it according to the recipe. Place salsa in sterilized canning jars with 1/2 inch of headspace. Process with a boiling water canner for 15 minutes. Label and store in a cool dry place until ready to use.
