Peach Salsa Recipe – Ready in 10 Minutes
A Sweet and Spicy balance that will liven your tastebuds. This simple Peach Salsa Recipe makes a great appetizer or addition to a yummy meal.
Peaches are in season and I have a bunch ready to be used. Since it is Taco Tuesday I thought I would make a batch of this amazing Peach Salsa. This recipe is so simple and so satisfying. Honestly this is one of my favorites this time of year and it is incredible with some freshly grilled chicken.

Ingredients
For this recipe you need a few simple ingredients, a cutting boards, and a knife.
- Peaches
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Jalapeno (optional)
- Salt/Pepper
Fresh peaches are amazing but you can also use frozen peaches to enjoy this tasty salsa year-round!
Instructions
Grab a medium sized bowl. Wash and dice/finely chop all of your ingredients. Stir them together and cover with lime juice.
The jalapeño can be omitted or seeded to adjust the heat level.
This is best made ahead at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
Enjoy with chips or your favorite meal. This Peach Salsa is amazing on chicken or pork. You can also replace the peach with mango to create a delicious Mango Salsa that is incredible on fish!
Storage
Store any uneaten salsa in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Canning
You can total can this Peach Salsa too! I prefer it fresh because canning it will change the texture a little. However, the flavors will be just as bright and incredible.
Make it according to the recipe. Place salsa in sterilized canning jars with 1/2 inch of headspace. Process with a boiling water canner for 15 minutes. Label and store in a cool dry place until ready to use.

- 1 cup tomato diced
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper diced
- 1/8 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno finely chopped and seeded (optional)
- 2-4 tbsp lime juice to taste
- salt & pepper to taste if desired
