In bowl mix Biscuit mix, 1/4 cup butter, 2 tbsp sugar and 2/3 cup milk until dough forms let sit.
In another bowl beat together cream cheese, egg yolk, 3 Tbsp Sugar and vanilla.
Drop biscuit mix by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baked sheet.
Create a well in the middle of the dough with the back of your spoon.
Spoon 1 tsp of cream cheese mix and 1/2 tsp of jam of your choice in the center. You may just use cheese or jam if you prefer. Repeat this with each danish.
Leave a couple inches of space between each one on the baking sheet to allow for spreading.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 450 Degrees or until golden brown.
While cooling whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 TBSP of milk until icing forms. Drizzle over danish and serve.
